It has both the warmth of wool and the comfort of cotton. The color must be dyed specifically; five color adjustments were necessary to achieve the desired black hue. The fabric is made using imported 5 knitting technology with embroidery patterns. It’s still better to use imported machinery for such tasks. The thread used for the embroidery has a specific dyeing process; it’s embroidered using a high-density Tanjo machine. The embroidery is done layer by layer, from the outside to the inside. The order of the sizes matches exactly that of ZP. The ends of the “heart” pattern are tied manually; the buttons are made of real cow horn buttons. The texture of the cow horn is natural and varies randomly. It has been used in our clothing many times; the letter logo is engraved using laser technology.
